33vmw Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. All services provided on the 33vmw platform are subject to these Terms.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 These Terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the official document.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement: To open an account and use any services on 33vmw, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request the necessary documents to verify your age.

2.2 Accurate Information: At the time of registration, you must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information — including your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

2.3 One Account Policy: Each individual or household may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited: Selling, transferring or lending your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

• Mobile number verification may be required.
• A government-issued ID (National ID card, passport) may need to be submitted for identity verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security: You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information: If your personal details change, please update your profile immediately or contact support.

3.3 Account Monitoring: 33vmw reserves the right to review any account's activity at any time — particularly where fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 KYC Verification: Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for deposits or withdrawals above a certain limit. Transactions may be delayed if the required documents are not submitted in time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase due to KYC verification or other security checks.

4.5 Own Account Only: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement: A 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager an amount equal to 25 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own validity period and will be cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless explicitly permitted.
• 33vmw reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.4 VIP Program: Based on regular play, members may be promoted to Bronze, Silver or Gold VIP tier. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 All games offered on 33vmw are operated by third-party software providers. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 If a technical error or interruption occurs in any game, 33vmw reserves the right to void the affected rounds and the wagered amount will be returned.

6.3 33vmw is not responsible for internet disconnections during play. After the connection is restored, the game result will be determined according to the data stored on the server.

6.4 In live casino games, dealer decisions and game rules are applied in accordance with the relevant provider's rules.

6.5 In sports betting, bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If there is a dispute over any result, 33vmw's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any dishonest means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other unauthorised technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Gambling on behalf of minors or helping them access the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.

11.2 Termination by 33vmw: 33vmw may terminate an account for the following reasons — without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Bonus abuse.
• Providing false information.
• Due to any legal or regulatory obligation.

11.3 In the event of account termination, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses, if no violation has occurred) will be returned.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 The support team will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 72 hours.

12.3 If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
